I'm Canadian, born and raised in Saskatchewan. I moved to North Dakota when I was 18, made some wonderful friends and had a lot of fun.

When I was 20 I was ready for a new adventure so I packed up and moved to Hawaii. It was scary and kind of crazy, and by far the best decision I've ever made.

I lived there for four years which can basically be summed up here:

I also met this guy. We kind of like each other.

Long story short, this happened:

Two years ago we moved to California.

Now I work in the media industry in San Francisco.

This blog is for appreciation of the beautiful things in life, both big and small, and all of the things that make me happy.
